George Kahak




George Kahak has the distinction of having been #1 on the AA seniority list and the last working pilot that flew the AA DC-3.
George learned to fly in 1941 at the Dallas Aviation School, first soloing in a 1929 Kinner Fleet. Later he served as a Civil Service pilot with the 5th Ferry command until joining AA. His logbook shows time in nearly every AA aircraft of the time. George was an AA flight instructor, Base Supt. and Supt. of Flight Standards prior to his retirement.
